Deloitte Société d’Avocats has advised Beachcomber Hotels on the financial and legal structuring of its fundraising for the extension of the Fairmont Marrakech hotel. This strategic transaction is set to strengthen Beachcomber Hotels’ presence in the Moroccan hospitality market, further enhancing its high-end offering.

The transaction encompasses:

• A sale-and-leaseback operation on the existing 134-key Fairmont Marrakech hotel.
• A capital raising to support the planned extension of the property.

This strategic collaboration is expected to unlock significant value for Beachcomber Hotels by:

• Expanding its market offering with additional hotel keys.
• Leveraging economies of scale through shared management, infrastructure, and amenities with the existing hotel.

The completion of this transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals, final corporate consents, and the satisfaction of all legal requirements.
